Easter weekend (Good Friday to Easter Monday) is the third-busiest entertainment-booking window of the SA year, after Halloween and Christmas. Church family days, estate Easter events, school Easter functions, restaurant family programmes — all clustered in one four-day window. Book by early March for the best chance.
Easter design vocabulary
The Easter palette runs warm and natural — yellows, soft pinks, pastel greens, white, gold accents. The motifs are renewal-themed: spring, new life, gentle creatures. Designs that work well:
