About Dazzling Faces

Dazzling Faces is a Gauteng-wide event entertainment business with a 15+ year track record across Pretoria, Johannesburg, the East Rand, the West Rand and the Vaal. Based in Pretoria East, the team works private kids’ parties, schools, shopping centres, residential estates, corporate family days and venue events right across the province. Founded and led by CJ — who also performs the CJ the Clown comedy magic show.

Services

Face painting — cosmetic-grade, hypo-allergenic paints. About 12 full-face designs per painter per hour.
Glitter tattoos — skin-safe cosmetic glitter applied through a stencil. Lasts about 3 days. Roughly 12 per painter per hour.
Balloon sculpting — walk-about balloon art: animals, swords, flowers, hats and themed sculpts.
Magic show (CJ the Clown) — a 30-minute interactive comedy magic show for ages 5–10.
Stilt walking — walk-about visual entertainment for activations, shopping centres and corporate events.

Multiple artists can be booked for larger events — the per-hour rate simply applies per artist.

Minimum booking is 1 hour, but Dazzling Faces will take bookings of any duration depending on what the client needs.

Popular themes include: superheroes, Paw Patrol, pirates, Minecraft, jungle, dinosaur, safari, Pokémon, Cocomelon, Bluey, princess, mermaid, unicorn, Frozen, butterfly, Minnie Mouse, under the sea, Monster High, Day of the Dead, Halloween, UV / neon, puppy and Christmas.

Paints

Dazzling Faces uses cosmetic-grade, hypo-allergenic paints — Superstar, TAG Body Art and Diamond FX. Safe for children from age 2 and washes off with soap and warm water.

Coverage & travel

The whole of Gauteng — Pretoria, Johannesburg, Sandton, the East and West Rand, plus the Vaal Triangle, Hartbeespoort, Cullinan and Bronkhorstspruit. Travel is quoted per booking based on the venue address.

Schools include Laerskool Wonderboom, Laerskool Constantia Park, Southdowns College, Tyger Valley College, Orban School, King David High School Linksfield and Jungle Tots Preschool. Venues include Menlyn Park Shopping Centre, Olé Olé Restaurant, Chief’s Boma Restaurant (Indaba Hotel), Hard Rock Cafe (Sun City), Kyalami Castle, Kiddielicious Party Venue, Aerial Cableway Hartbeespoort and Evergreens (Kempton Park).

BBBEE compliant — Exempt Micro Enterprise (EME) affidavit available on request.
Full payment is required upfront to secure a booking.
We recommend booking as soon as you’ve set your date to avoid disappointment — ideally 1–2 weeks ahead. Last-minute bookings are welcome when we have availability.
